All products will be shipped as soon as possible (usually within 2 days after receiving your order), subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.
For U.K orders we ship by two methods. For 'standard 'orders we use 1st Class Recorded delivery. If your order is particularly urgent, please select 'Expedited' delivery at checkout, so that your order can be tracked right to your door and arrive as soon as possible. If your order is particularly urgent or you need it by a certain date, it is best to let us know so we can prioritise your order processing.
For shipping to other countries, we charge a flat fee of £10 for European destinations and £12 shipping for any other international destinations, where we do not already have a local distributor. In some countries there is a local distributor, so please check out our FAQ page or contact us if you are not sure.
We offer a full refund policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2005. We go beyond this and offer a 30 day “no questions asked” refund policy, but only if the items are unused and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for paying to ship them back to us.

* A signature is required to receive Signed for and Expedited delivery items. Therefore, please try to provide a delivery address (such as work) where the goods can be signed for. If the goods are delivered to your home address and you are not able to receive them, a card will be left and you will be asked to contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery, or to collect them directly from the carrier.
All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct.
