The products sold by us are designed to reduce your risk of injury, but they are not guaranteed to prevent injury to you. Snowboarding, snow sports generally, mountain bike riding and any ride-on sports generally are potentially hazardous.

It is the individual's own responsibility to learn and understand the proper techniques associated with the safe participation in these activities and to fully accept and assume all risks, damages, injury or death which may result from the use of these items supplied by Alps Gear Limited.

Refunds and Returns

We offer a 30 Day No Questions Asked Refund Policy.
 
If you have ordered the wrong size, then we will gladly exchange the item for you.
 
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any goods you purchase from us, then we will happily provide you with a full refund provided we receive them back within 30 days of receipt in the condition they were originally supplied in, with all tags still on.
 
(You would generally be responsible for meeting the postage costs of returning the items to us, unless otherwise separately agreed with us).
In addition to the above, under the European Directive on Distance Selling, you are entitled to cancel your order without giving a reason. This must be done within 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which you receive your order.

We request that if you do want to send the goods back to us, then please drop us an e-mail advising us of this so we can monitor their return. As well, if possible, we would also appreciate it if you could please provide us with your reasons for wanting to return the item.
